I was thinking I should post some kind of round up of last year and resolutions for this year, but I can't remember much and don't have any in that order.
What I do remember about last year was being dizzy - and my progress on getting better is so slow that you can only compare it from one year to another. Last year started getting weird because instead of having good weeks and bad weeks I was mostly ok most of the time, except for a few times when I was so bad I was off work. Which started the second day back after Christmas, so I'm winning on that so far. This year I'd quite like the being mostly ok most of the time without the being really bad. Redemption will be interesting because I can compare how I felt to two years ago and see if I've made any progress - it will be my fourth anniversary of being dizzy.
There was one good thing I started doing last year and that was to write a to-do list of things I needed to do, rather than remember them. I've tried this in the past with all sorts of fancy websites and software, but they were always such a pain and involved having my computer on at the time. It turns out that what worked really well for me was a piece of paper. I could see really easily what I needed to and cross it off once I'd done it. I can't write deadlines into it or if I can't start it yet, but I can remember that much. So that I will carry on doing this year.
